Great little park. Playground, ballpark and buildings to rent for community and private events.
Beautiful, peaceful park. Very shady and full of family friendly things to do. Not crazy about the hyper-religious overtones, but otherwise it's beautiful. The staff is also very friendly.
What's not to love? Soap Box Derby, several swingsets/slides-ones even under cover, covered pinic areas, baseball/ soccer fields, skateboard area, walking track, indoor party room, park is big enough for bike riding, ample parking. Vidalia/Lyons gets it...kids just wanna have fun! Thank you for always being a great place to take my grandson. Restrooms need updating-dark & scary.
This might be the most amazing park I've visited with what seemed like over a dozen playgrounds (some under the picnic pavilions), a nature trail, skate park, and ball fields.
Clean park. Family friendly. Plenty of stuff to do for kids from playing ball, to playgrounds, skatepark, walking trails. Etc
