Always calling harassing people about sales and asking when I will be in to make a payment......my response: I still have 2 weeks before it's due! Annoying!
The delivery help is like the three stooges.
The people are very nice, but don't trust them to secure your furniture if you are taking it home yourself. They "tied down" a piece of furniture I purchased today and it flew out of the truck less and two miles down the road. I told them they should put it in the truck differently, but they assured me it would be fine when they tied it down. When I called back up there, they refused to accept any responsibility for the furniture even though they are the ones that loaded it and "secured" it in my truck. I will definitely look around at other locations before buying from here again.
